加高 is a resultative verb (verb + complement) meaning 'to raise, to increase the height of something'. It can be separated by 得/不 to form potential complements: 加得高 'can raise high', 加不高 'cannot raise high'. It is commonly used with the 把 construction or followed by a measure of height.
