Definition
前来 (qián lái) is a formal, respectful way to say 'come', used in polite invitations or formal announcements. It is more elevated than the everyday 来 (lái) and is often seen in written or ceremonial contexts. Unlike 到来 (dào lái), which emphasizes arrival (especially of events), 前来 focuses on the act of coming to a place or event.
verb
to come (formal, respectful)
