Definition
到点 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning 'to reach a designated time' — you use it when a scheduled time for an activity has arrived. It splits the way 见面 does: 到了点 ('arrived at the time'), 到没到点 ('has the time come yet?'). The thing scheduled is usually implied by context, e.g. 到点了该吃饭了 ('it's time to eat').
