Definition
划 (huà) means 'to draw (a line), to delimit, or to strike (a match)'. Unlike 排 (pái) and 列 (liè), which arrange things in order or rows, 划 focuses on marking a boundary or dividing. 界定 (jiè dìng) is more abstract, used for defining concepts or scopes in formal contexts.
