Definition
切记 (qiè jì) stresses a practical, urgent reminder or warning — 'be sure to remember!' — often used to caution someone not to forget a key step. 铭记 (míng jì) is more formal/literary, for deeply important teachings or events; 牢记 (láo jì) is in between, commonly for lessons or principles that must be held firmly.
