Definition
切磋 (qiē cuō) means to exchange ideas or skills with others in order to learn from one another and improve together. It is less formal than 磋商 (cuō shāng), which is used for serious official negotiations, and more hands-on than 研讨 (yán tǎo), which focuses on formal academic discussion.
