Definition
分销 is a business term referring to the distribution of products from a manufacturer to retailers or end consumers through a network of intermediaries. It can also refer to a distributor or the process of retailing goods in smaller quantities. Note that 分销 emphasizes the distribution channel or system, not just the act of retail selling — that's 零售.
