Definition
出落 (chūluò) is a verb used exclusively for young people, especially girls, who have grown up and become more attractive or handsome over time. It almost always appears with the complement 得 (de) to describe how someone has matured in appearance — e.g. 出落得越来越漂亮 ('grown up to be more and more beautiful'). You cannot use it for someone who was already beautiful as a child; it emphasizes a noticeable change from youth to adulthood.
v.
to grow up and become more attractive (of a young person, especially a girl)
