Definition
出入境 is a compound verb meaning 'to leave or enter a country' (出=exit, 入=enter, 境=border). In practice it's often used as a noun-like term referring to border control procedures, such as 办理出入境 ('handle entry/exit formalities') or 出入境管理 ('immigration administration'). It does not separate like a 离合词.
