几时 is a less common variant of 什么时候 ('when?') used mostly in formal, literary, or dialectal (Cantonese-influenced) Mandarin. It carries a slightly more classical or poetic ring than the everyday 什么时候. In standard conversation you'll hear 你什么时候来？more often than 你几时来？ but the latter is still understood and used in writing or set phrases.
