Definition
再者说 is a colloquial conjunction used to add a further reason or point to an argument, similar to 'besides', 'what's more', or 'furthermore' in English. It often appears in spoken Chinese to strengthen a previous statement by introducing an additional supporting fact. Unlike the more formal 此外 or 而且, 再者说 carries a conversational, persuasive tone.
