六亲不认 is a four-character idiom (chengyu) meaning 'to refuse to recognize even one's own family'. It describes someone who is so cold, ruthless, or arrogant that they disregard family ties entirely. You can use it as a predicate — '他六亲不认' — or as an attributive — '六亲不认的人'. The 'six relations' traditionally refer to father, mother, elder brothers, younger brothers, wife, and children.
