Definition
公示 (gōngshì) means to make something public for information or comment, often used for official notices that invite feedback (e.g., a draft policy). It differs from 公布 (gōngbù), which is a general 'announce' of a final decision, and from 公开 (gōngkāi), which can be an adjective 'open' or verb 'disclose' without the feedback implication.
