Definition
全局 (quán jú) means 'overall situation; the big picture' and is used when considering all aspects and factors together in strategic contexts. Unlike 大局 (dà jú), which highlights the most important overarching issues, 全局 emphasizes a complete, all-inclusive view. It also differs from 整体 (zhěng tǐ), which refers to the whole entity rather than the abstract situation.
