Definition
入会 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning 'to join a society, association, or membership organization'. The verb 入 ('enter') and the noun 会 ('association') can split when adding aspect markers, measure words, or duration: 入了会, 入过会, 入一次会. You cannot put an object after 入会 directly; instead, say 加入某某会 or use 入会 as a standalone verb.
