Definition
傻里傻气 is a four-character state word (状态词) that describes someone who looks or acts foolish, simple-minded, or naive — often in a slightly teasing or affectionate way. It's used as a predicate or attributive, e.g. 他看起来傻里傻气的 ('He looks kind of silly'). The pattern A里A气 is a reduplicative structure common in colloquial Chinese to intensify a trait (e.g. 土里土气, 流里流气).
