俊俏 describes a young person who is pretty in a lively, charming way — it suggests an animated, spirited beauty. It differs from 帅 (a cool, stylish handsomeness for men) and 英俊 (formal, handsome features), and is more specific than the literary 俊 (jùn). It can be used for both girls and boys.
