使坏 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning to play a dirty trick or do something malicious behind someone's back. The verb 使 and the adjective 坏 can be split by measure words or complements: 使了一个坏 ('played a trick'). You usually don't put a direct object after 使坏; instead, the victim is introduced with 对 or 跟: 对我使坏 ('play tricks on me'). It carries a slightly sneaky or underhanded tone.
