作物 (zuò wù) is a general, neutral term for 'crops' — any plant grown for food, fiber, or other use. It's broader than 庄稼 (zhuāng jia), which specifically means crops still in the field, and different from 农产品 (nóng chǎn pǐn), which refers to processed agricultural products. 收获 (shōu huò) is the verb 'to harvest' or the noun 'harvest/gains'.
