伯母 (bómǔ) is the formal, respectful term for 'wife of father's elder brother' or a polite address for a woman about one's mother's age. 大妈 (dà mā) can also mean the same relative but is more colloquial and commonly used as a generic 'auntie' for any elderly woman. 伯母 is the more precise, family-specific term.
