Definition
会诊 (huì zhěn) refers specifically to doctors holding a joint consultation to discuss a medical case, often involving multiple specialists. Unlike 咨询 (zī xún), which is general advice-seeking from any professional, or 参考 (cān kǎo), which means to refer to a source, 会诊 is exclusively medical. 就诊 (jiù zhěn) is the patient's act of seeing a doctor, not the doctors' discussion.
