交付 (jiāo fù) is a formal verb for 'to hand over, deliver' — used for payments, documents, projects, etc. It is more specific and official than the general 交 (jiāo), and focuses on delivery as per an agreement, unlike 移交 (transfer of responsibilities) or 递交 (submission of documents).
