乳汁 is a formal noun referring to milk produced by mammals (especially breast milk) or the latex / milky sap produced by certain plants (e.g., rubber trees). In everyday speech, people usually say 奶 or 母乳 for human milk, but 乳汁 is common in medical, biological, or technical contexts. The word is not interchangeable with the everyday word 牛奶 (cow's milk).
