书画 (shūhuà) refers specifically to the combined traditional Chinese arts of painting and calligraphy, often as a single cultural concept. It is narrower than 美术 (fine arts in general) and pairs painting with calligraphy, unlike 书法 (calligraphy alone) or 文艺 (literature and art broadly).
