乐不可支 is a chengyu (four-character idiom) meaning 'extremely happy' or 'overjoyed' — literally 'joy cannot be supported'. It is used to describe someone who is so happy that they can barely contain themselves. You often see it as a predicate or complement after a clause describing the cause of the happiness.
