个头儿 (gètóur) is a colloquial noun for the size of an object (especially fruit/vegetables) or a person's height/stature. Unlike 大小 (dàxiǎo), which is a general term for dimensions, 个头儿 is very informal and often used in everyday speech about produce or a person's build. For people, it overlaps with 个子 (gèzi) but can imply overall stature, while 个子 is more neutral for height.
