Definition
不足为奇 is a four-character set phrase meaning 'not at all surprising' or 'perfectly normal'. It's used to comment that something is expected, common, or logically inevitable — often because of underlying reasons or patterns. Unlike the literal breakdown ('not enough to be strange'), the phrase is fixed and idiomatic; you can't insert modifiers between the characters.
