Definition
不客气 has two common uses. As 'you're welcome', it's the standard polite reply to thanks. As 'rude, impolite', it's a milder, everyday word for lacking politeness — less intense than 粗鲁 (boorish) and more about manners than 粗 (coarse) or 野 (wild).
