下旬 (xiàxún) refers to the last ten days of a month (21st to month-end). It is part of a three-way system with 上旬 (shàngxún, 1st–10th) and 中旬 (zhōngxún, 11th–20th). Use these to specify a time period within a month without naming exact dates.
