Definition
一星半点 is a fixed expression (chengyu) that literally means 'one star, half a dot' but is used colloquially to mean 'a tiny bit' or 'a very small amount'. It is most often used in negative sentences to emphasize that there is absolutely none of something — e.g., 没有一星半点 ('there isn't even a speck'). Do not take the literal image seriously; the phrase is idiomatic and informal.
f.e.
a tiny bita very small amount (colloquial, often in negative contexts)
