Definition
一唱一和 is a four-character idiom (chengyu) that literally means 'one sings, the other harmonizes' — two people sing a duet. Figuratively, it describes two or more people acting in collusion, echoing each other's words or actions (often with a negative connotation of conspiring or giving mutual support). Use it to describe orchestrated cooperation, especially when the coordination is obvious or insincere.
